I’ve been so busy that I haven’t spent hardly anytime in the kitchen apart from doing the necessary lunches and dinners (breakfasts have been cereal).
I have just a few minutes to blog before I have to feed Tabitha, my daughter. Then I have to start on our dinner which is a chicken biriani with a vegetable curry – a lot of hard work but the taste is to die for 🙂
So I want to wish all of my viewers a very happy Beltane (or May Day if you prefer).
For some reason typing this out has made me remember a time I was tied to a May Pole. But that, I think, is another story 😉
Blessings
Lyn
